- Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, drafting business correspondences, handling travel arrangements, fleet management, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, monitoring and control of office equipment and supplies, and providing assistance to the HR department as and when required.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in the similar role, has knowledge of office management systems and procedures, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular), excellent in verbal and written communication, possesses time management skills and can join immediately.
