As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating with the Manufacturer/local suppliers for technical documents/support.
- Extensive knowledge in design, value engineering for estimating firefighting systems & Life Safety System in general.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes & NFPA Requirements.
- Reviewing & validating the received documents including specifications, drawings, etc., and collecting the necessary information and documents from Sales Team as required to complete the estimation.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure that all necessary approvals for electrical low voltage systems are obtained in a timely manner.
- Preparing of techno-commercial Proposal based on the layout drawings/ BOQ and specification.
- Develop and design comprehensive Extra Low Voltage (ELV) & firefighting systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with technical and constructability standards.
- Preparing of final proposal as per Approved technical Submittals, Shop Drawings and Materials Sample approval.
- Knowledge of Lux Calculations, Aspire Calculations Software etc., and hands-on experience with related software.
- Employ advanced AutoCAD and Revil Software to create precise schematics and layout drawings for ELV systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration.
- Prepare technical submittals as per set timeliness to meet the submission target date.
- Shop drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings preparation as per set timeliness to meet the submission target date.
- Maintaining proper documentation on all the projects handled, for future reference and project execution.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution.

Requirements
