Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office and shop areas at all times.
• Assist directors and managers with routine tasks such as serving refreshments, managing office other related duties.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of common areas.
• Taking photocopy , scan and maintain the documents.
• Support in basic administrative tasks when required.
