- Logistics Coordinator

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Creation of Shipping documents such as Bill of Entry, Invoice & Packing List etc.
- Negotiation and booking with Shipping Agents / Freight Forwarders.
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the daily transportation and shipping operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes.
- Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
- Handle and supervise packing and loading activities.
- Ensure the timely and detailed execution of logistics plans.
- Support Sales team with Shipping estimates and quotes.
- Calculate and provide container quantity requirements for each project
- Support Project Manager with documentation submission as required
- Support Procurement officer with documentation preparation as required
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details, ensuring all data is closely monitored and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that arise, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to determine areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management and finance team on monthly basis

Requirements
