• Manage end-to-end Learning & Development cycle
• Design & Development of Training Programs
• Conduct Training sessions with focus on quality & engagement
• Maintain Training & Effectiveness feedback records

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in L&D Training Specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR cycle
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Excellent Communication in English
• Strong coaching skills 
• Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in Computer/MS Excel/Powerpoint presentation
