Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
- QMS/IMS Professional certificate is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of UAE Construction (Building & infra projects) experience in QA&QC Civil function.
- Ability to ensure construction projects meet required quality standards, comply with regulations, contract documents, and in a cost-effective manner.
- Implement the QA&QC policies on the construction site and ensure adherence.
- Conduct periodic quality assurance/quality control inspections on the contractors and subcontractors on site and check compliance with the client's and the organisation's quality policies, procedures and standards.
- Identify quality non-conformance issues, summarise findings in periodic quality audit reports and recommend corrective action plans.
- Manage the site inspections, third-party testing, quality inductions etc.
- Support Project Managers in managing client relationships and expectations as needed.
- Knowledge of MEP Underground services and infrastructure works.
- Strong analytical and experience with quality assurance methods and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
