As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage approval process for New to Bank Client Onboarding Process along with Periodic & Trigger Reviews in liaison with all stake holders. Ensure all clients are onboarded within the onboarding timelines agreed. Main stakeholders are Clients, RYC Operations Team, Compliance, TI Support and Data Management Team.
- Previous experience of developing relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with Unit heads, senior managers, technical experts across the whole department and businesses.
- Proven business and operational experience with sound knowledge of the wide range and complex variety of Corporate &Commercial clients.
- Ensure adherence of all internal policies / procedures and external regulatory requirements at all times and adherence to the escalation and abandonment policy.
- Perform post facto transaction analysis for correspondent banking clients and flag any Nested payments to Compliance if necessary.
- Perform independent analysis of high-risk factors and as an outcome of key risk indicators escalate the relevant case to Financial Crime Compliance teams (FCC)through CRAT system.
- Prioritization- maintain the discipline in partnership with the local business. Communicate consistency to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the cases are accepted through the approved channels and expectations are managed appropriately.
- Along with managing approval process for CDD delivery; also support and participate in various change management &digital initiatives also involve in providing, drafting SOP's, Checklist, internal Memo’s etc. All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, banking, finance.
- Preferably with certification in compliance, KYC/AML/CFT, financial crime or risk management (will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable international bank.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within an On-boarding, RYC or Compliance function.
- Relevant experience (AML/KYC/compliance related) with understanding of Corporate KYC requirements.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines, along with client structure and hierarchies, knowledge of Funds, Brokers, Loan Agencies &Correspondent Banks.
- Experienced with operating in a global regulatory environment.
- Strong Microsoft application knowledge.
