Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education sector or related industries. 
• Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations and securing contracts in the public or private sector. 
• Strong understanding of the education landscape in the UAE, particularly in early childhood education. 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive. 
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
