We are seeking experienced BIM Professionals who are adept in Autodesk Revit and CADMEP. In this role, you will produce detailed and as-built drawings, ensuring high-quality MEP solutions. Your expertise will be vital in coordinating MEP services, managing BIM models, and supporting various project phases.

- Develop and manage detailed workshop and as-built drawings in accordance with MEP trade and engineering requirements.
- Utilize Autodesk Revit & CADMEP to deliver clear, accurate, and coordinated BIM models.
- Generate measurable Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Material Take-Offs (MTO) from service drawings.
- Maintain and update material libraries within Revit & CADMEP.
- Oversee MEP service coordination to ensure clash-free, workable BIM models.
- Provide Module Fabrication and installation drawings as required.
- Manage weekly drawing production registers, including status updates and rectification details.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and ALEMCO engineering guidelines.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with AUTOCAD (2014/15 or latest versions) and Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in CADMEP.
- Strong understanding of MEP service drawings and engineering requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
