As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Develop IFC design information into submission drawings with minimal supervision, including setting out, flooring, elevations, RCP, and detailed joinery/doors shop drawings.
- Collate information from related Arch/Struct/MEP drawings, RFI responses, and amendments advised by consultants/contractors, and incorporate them into the appropriate ID shop drawings.
- Ensure the prepared drawings are fully coordinated and self-checked for accuracy.
- Prepare As-Built drawings as per site conditions.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings.
- Work with the Fit-out/Joinery/site team for successful project execution.
- Foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials, and drawings, and act quickly to make necessary changes.
- Execute designs to practical sizes and materials.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Degree or diploma in engineering.
- Minimum of 5-6 years UAE working experience in Interior Fit-out and Joinery projects.
- Proven experience in the successful completion of high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong background in using AutoCAD.
- Knowledgeable on industry standards in finishes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
- Practical and proactive approach to foresee and resolve discrepancies.
