The role of an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our services and processes. You will handle customer complaints, support improvement projects to enhance service delivery, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain high standards. This will include, analysing data to identify areas for improvement, maintain control of documented information. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and contribute to the organisational continuous improvement, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role related to quality management
