As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry, coding, and posting of invoices.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies, payment issues, or invoice errors.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and bank wire payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records.
- Assist with month-end closing, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Monitor and report on accounts payable aging and manage cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in audit preparation related to accounts payable records.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- English and Hindi are Mandatory.
- Maximum 1-2 years of UAE Experience.
