• Measure and analyse NPS to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage call centre operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Utilize customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Oversee and manage the complaint resolution process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in a similar role.
