Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Skills & Expertise
- Able to implement effective policies, standards, and procedures for all SCM functions.
- Proven experience with managing organization-wide strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting. Thoroughly evaluates vendors and services to safeguard quality standards.
- Expert in effectively managing inventory and warehouses, including demand-driven planning.
- Able to benchmark logistics, optimize distribution, and reduce supply chain costs.
- Capable of establishing KPIs, monitoring ongoing performance, and improving operations in line with set goals.
- Possesses excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Able to confidently manage a team and display high emotional intelligence.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with great time management skills and the ability to remain flexible.
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
- Arabic communication skills are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
Experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Working experience in a manufacturing entity is a must.
