The Statutory Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all financial statements and reports are prepared accurately and in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and accounting standards.

This role involves managing the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports, coordinating audits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting requirements to ensure the organization's adherence to statutory obligations. 

The Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of financial data and ensuring transparency and accountability in financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or related post graduate course. 
• ACCA/CA/CPA is mandatory 
• At least 5 years of accounting and IFRS reporting experience Strong math, typing, and computer skills, including bookkeeping software. 
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability and sound technical skills. 
• Attention to detail and data entry skills. 
• Advance excel competency and experience in automating/improving reports and processes 
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
