Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience as service advisor in automotive Industry.
• Qualification - Graduate or technical diploma holder.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Proficient in computer skills (email writing, Excel, Autoline & EPC).
• Self-motivated & able to work independently.
• Excellent communication abilities in English & Arabic and strong interpersonal skills.
• Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow.
