Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in payables and payroll management within a large-scale, corporate environment in the UAE
- Strong understanding of payables and payroll-related laws, regulations, VAT and best practices Proficiency in financial / payables / payroll software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of enhancing payables & payroll processes to achieve operational efficiency and optimise resource utilisation.
