Responsibilities

• Develop new Customers and expand to new geographics.
• Mentor and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with production team to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage and oversee the sales budget and expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in Aluminium extrusion or Metal Industry
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Proven sales management experience in the UAE, preferably in Aluminium/ metal industry.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills and ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. 
• Ability to work with multiple internal departments to ensure on-time delivery with quality control.
