Job Description:

• Business Development: Prospect for new clients, build relationships, close deals, get reviews and testimonials for future references.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Team Management: Communicate and motivate team to set and achieve goals.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new connection for the company.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior design, fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Interior designing and fit-out market in Dubai, UAE and its specific requirements.

2. Fit-Out Estimator

Job Description:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQ for interior fit-out projects.
• Quantity Takeoffs: Measure and calculate quantities of materials and labor.
• Tendering: Participate in tendering processes and negotiate with suppliers.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning and coordination.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out estimation or construction cost estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards of the UAE.
• Proficiency or knows how to read drawings using estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.|
