Responsibilities

•  Manage logistics procedures, including accurate shipping arrangements and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee inventory management and reporting.
• Respond to RFQs based on inquiries from customers
• Prepare monthly sales reports by extracting required information from the ERP system.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Provide full administrative support to the sales team and managers as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Presales / Sales Coordinator or in a similar role with a structured cabling Brand, distributor, or Tier 1 system integrator.
• Experience with ERP platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
