Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment, processes, and products. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities and report any quality issues or deviations from standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines. Monitor and determine quality assurance and calibration methods, tooling applications and ensures the effective use of quality tests, testing machines, equipment and facilities.
• Train and support staff in quality control procedures and best practices.
• Carrying root cause analysis for the rejections/customer complaints and implements procedures to minimize defects due to these occurrences.
• Monitoring and controlling of all the safety gears and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. 
• Act as Management representative for ISO 9002.

Requirements

• Min 7 - 8 Years in Aluminium or Non-ferrous metal industry
• B.Tech Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing)
• Exquisite Knowledge of aluminium extruded profiles, Alloy specifications, product knowledge and quality standards.
• Profound knowledge on ISO process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with multiple internal departments to ensure on-time delivery with quality control.
