Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and secure all necessary approvals from authorities.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project communications.
• Control project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Risk management and mitigation planning.
• Generate regular reports on progress, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior design, construction, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and experience in obtaining approvals from DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, DED, Trakhees, and Concordia.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
• Valid UAE Driving License
