Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, order replenishments, and manage backorders.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with parts inquiries and orders.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfil customer needs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the parts team, providing training and mentorship.
- Schedule and organize work assignments to optimize efficiency.
Vendor Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions for cost-effective solutions.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and adjust inventory accordingly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, sales performance, and relevant metrics.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and parts.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft software
