Responsibilities

Employee Relations Programs Management:

  • Introduce and manage processes for Onboarding, Training, Probation, and Mentorship. 
  • Oversee robust employee orientation to reduce attrition. 
  • Design and implement employee engagement events like retreats, town halls, andsocial mixers.
  • Develop a sustainable employee engagement strategy using surveys and feedbackloops.

Policy and Procedure Development:

  • Create and update policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with legal requirementsandorganizational objectives. 
  • Ensure staff adherence to the company's Code of Conduct through policy reviewsanddisciplinarymeasures. 
  • Create and maintain various policies and SOPs as per ISO standards. 

Employee Wellness and Development:

  • Design and implement wellness programs, financial planning workshops, andmental healthcounseling. 
  • Facilitate training sessions for skill enhancement and professional development. 
  • Manage recognition programs, peer awards, and achievement-based bonuses. 

Performance Management and Compliance:

  • Oversee the half-yearly performance cycle for UAE, Oman, and RSA. 
  • Lead investigations into complex employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuringfairandcompliant resolutions. 
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performancemanagement, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution techniques. 

Strategic Employee Engagement:

  • Address poor team dynamics and attrition, leading to increased satisfaction scores. 
  • Orchestrate employee engagement events like retreats, town halls, and social mixers. 
  • Develop a sustainable employee engagement strategy using surveys and feedbackloops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resource or Pyschology preferred. CIPDCertificationisaplus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. 
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensationpractices,organizational diagnosis, employee diversity, performance management , EmployementLaws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
