Responsibilities

• Identifies, introduces and implements new functionalities, procedures and process automations that improves and optimizes business processes and ERP (Infor LN) and business applications performance.
• Leads and participates in system integration projects and activities.
• Gathers and analyses changing business and user functional requirements and develops effective solutions accordingly in line with management strategies and goals.
• Plans and manages projects and activities ensuring documentation of requirement, procedures, workflows, approvals and related information.
• Develops dashboards and reports for relevant departments and management to analyze data for decision making.
• Conducts regular audits on processes, data and authorizations. Prepares audit reports and follows till completion of corrective and preventive actions.
•  Manages the development and maintenance of user documentation including user manuals, FAQs and logs.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a reputable organization with minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN.
