Responsibilities

• Magento Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Magento e-commerce platform, ensuring its performance, reliability, and security.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor site performance metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Magento functionality, integrations, and performance. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Magento settings and customize features to align with business needs, including the setup of payment gateways, shipping methods, and promotional rules.
• Optimization: Implement and manage strategies for site performance optimization, including load times and user experience improvements.
• Integration Management: Manage integrations with third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment processors.
• Data Management: Oversee data import/export processes, including product catalog updates, order management, and customer data.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Magento configurations,.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Magento Specialist or/and Wordpress, Shopify, with a strong understanding of Magento 2.x. Experience with Magento 1.x is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in (Magento, Wordpress, Shopify...)  administration, PHP, MySQL, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Certification: CMS certification is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Magento 2.x advanced features and modules.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
