- E-Commerce Expert – Retail Supermarkets
E-Commerce Expert will lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies for our retail supermarket chain.
- Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
- Department: E-Commerce / Digital Marketing
This role is crucial for driving online sales growth, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and integrating online and offline sales channels.
The E-Commerce Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, manage online promotions, and ensure a seamless digital shopping experience.

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity.
- Oversee the maintenance and performance of the e-commerce Mobile application and website
- Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute online advertising campaigns.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience, from browsing to checkout.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention, such as loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and customer service enhancements.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making
- Use data insights to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales growth
- Develop strategies for click-and-collect, home delivery, and other omnichannel services.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management

Requirements
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:-
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail supermarket industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and improving customer experience
