Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage call centre operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Utilize customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Oversee and manage the complaint resolution process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
