Responsibilities

• Support the UI/UX Senior Designer in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Help analyze user feedback and identify key insights to inform design decisions
• Work closely with the Senior UI/UX Design Designer and team members to create user-centered design solutions
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Align with marketing and design teams; support design critiques.
• Test UI elements and collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
• Help maintain design assets and document design decisions.
• Create static and motion graphics for digital and social media channels.
• Gain proficiency in design tools and seek feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 1-2 years of UI/UX design experience
• Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
