Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the Fight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) operational, reliable, and up to date, contributing to the quality of training delivered by the academy. 
• 
  
• Ensures all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are done in compliance with GCAA and company procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of aviation regulations governing FSTD.
• In-depth knowledge of the FSTD systems.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex FSTD malfunctions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict Resolution and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
