Responsibilities

• Manages projects from award to completion, ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating all parties for timely execution. 
• Verifies subcontractors, manages RFQ evaluations, and oversees project organization, manpower, and mobilization. 
• Reviews project team performance for plan and budget adherence, negotiates claims and variations with contractors, and recommends improvements in cost, schedule, and quality. 
• Coordinates annual work programs and budgets, monitors execution quality, and contributes to project KPIs and objectives. 
• Submits reports to senior management, supports related activities, analyzes and recommends solutions, and participates in investigations as needed.

Requirements

• 10-15 years in oil and gas industry, specializing in offshore and onshore facilities, chemical plants, and infrastructure. 
• 3 years in project management in a lead/supervisory role. 
• Familiar with ADNOC Offshore and Onshore Projects. 
• Proficient in project management, planning, scheduling, and problem-solving. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Efficient in MS Office applications and spreadsheets. 
• Fluent in English, with a valid UAE Driving License. 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/civil or equivalent.
