Responsibilities

• Analyze existing warehouse processes using data and identify inefficiencies and propose areas for improvement. 
• Develop and present recommendations for process improvements to senior management 
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes in the WMS system. 
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion. 
• Utilize data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes. 
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management. 
• Relevant Experience: 2 - 4 years in distribution center
