Responsibilities

• Estimate MEP & Civil manpower requirements for PPM/corrective/reactive/emergency requirements against client's assets. 
• Estimate the consumables, spare parts, tools and logistic requirements to fulfil the RFP/RFQ requirement. 
• Attend reviews and justify the operational technical calculations against RFQ/RFP requirements. 
• Daily, monthly, and quarterly report to the Work Winning Team - Bidding any relevant issues which will have a detrimental effect on achieving the proposal deadlines 
• Procure quotations and evaluation of sub-contractors Quotations specific to the Tender scope of work. 
• Assist the Facilities Manager in Proposal budget costing process and provide the necessary feedback to evaluate and asses the received RFP/RFQ requirements. 
• Adherence to all current company procedures and the ISO system 
• Attend site visits for FM tenders

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering) is a must and PG Diploma / PG Degree is desirable. 
• Relevant professional certification (Estimation) is a must. 
• 5 - 7 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years Supervisory Experience 
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and ownership and accountability
