Requirements

• We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Proficient in English communication
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Well-versed with the ability to address residents' inquiries
• Basic computer literacy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
