Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety programs and policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) will be an advantage.
