Job Purpose
To direct the planning and manage the effective coordination of conceptualizing, designing, developing and constructing the external land areas / open spaces such as public realm, external environment, parks, recreational areas for all sites in The Red Sea Development Company’s (TRSDC) projects; ensure adherence to customer requirements, industrial codes, environment standards, and combine aesthetics with functionality to produce state of the art, ecofriendly creations, thereby support successful project completion within defined quality, cost and time parameters.
Lead and oversee the monitoring of the landscape architecture designs’ progress, managing cost control and providing direction on the development process to ensure that the deliverables are submitted and works are executed by the consultants as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule and cost in order to meet Red Sea Global's (RSG) business objectives and requirements.

To design, plan, coordinate and manage all logistics transport and distribution operations, including analysis and specification of fleet requirements, fleet appraisal, 3PL selection, transport and distribution strategic planning and operational implementation and reporting
The role will be the executive stakeholder responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of all Utility assets. The will be the principle point of contact for all users of Utilites services, as well as managing billing generation and collection.

The role will work closely with all Utility departments together with the asset owners, where the equipment (Meters, EV Chargers) are located. They will also work closely with the RSG Technology Team, who will use the Utility Companies passive network (Ducts, chambers, POP’s, MMU’s and Data Center.
