We are actively seeking a proficient and seasoned Warehouse Administrator for our Operations Department.

The opportunity will be primarily based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Company is looking at onboarding a competent and well experienced Warehouse Administrator within its Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Support in departmental functions, including liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies as required. 
• Ensure timely monitoring & accurate reporting, including individual and team KPIs. 
• Identify opportunities for improving operations, identify resource needs, review with appropriate management staff and implements improvements. 
• Arrange various meetings, including weekly meetings with the customer as required by Key Accounts Operations Manager and keep track of action items from meetings. 
• Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities; monitor workflow; review and evaluate daily work, methods and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems. 
• Maintains inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data and timely reporting. 
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. 
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out, including labelling of all stock items. 
• Communicate with warehouse staff regularly to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements. 
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as and when required in a timely way and handle any concerns. 
• Maintain regular departmental KPI reports, compliance reports, exception reports, and performance reports of employees along with relevant scorecards for regular employees, followed by regular, timely management reporting with business insights for decision-making. 
• Maintain sufficient records, logs, trackers, reconciliations and dashboards. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited University. 
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the relevant field directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, with at least 3-4 years in the UAE market. 
• Having experience in handling warehouse operations, preferably in logistics. 
• Good experience in inventory control and related processes. 
• Supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate others. 
• A full understanding of the requirements of running a warehouse, such as health, safety and security requirements. 
• Analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and excellent attention to detail. 
• Good IT skills with advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel. 
• Good experience in WMS - Warehouse Management Systems 
• Valid UAE driving License will be an added advantage
