Responsibilities

• Conduct steel structure design and analysis using tools like STAAD.Pro, ETabs, SAFE, Prokon, Idea Statica, etc.
• Ensure compliance with British and American Design Codes for diverse projects.
• Obtain approvals from regulatory bodies like DM, DDA, and TRAKHEES.
• Coordinate steel design with the project team and management.
• Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, construction schedules, and reports.
• Develop conceptual designs and detailed AutoCAD drawings.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Saudi Arabia steel structure design experience.
• Proven track record of obtaining DM, DDA, and TRAKHEES approvals.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETabs, SAFE, Prokon, Idea Statica, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of British and American Design Codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency in English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Additional certifications in structural engineering.
• Previous experience with major construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
