About Job

As a Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our after-sales service department, acting as the bridge between our customers and our skilled service team. Your main focus will be on guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities

• Perform write-up of Pre order and DMS job card, this will include entering the customer information: name, address, Email, telephone numbers, date, and description of Customer concerns.
• Ensure to write up note, comments, and marks into the pre-order and highlight any damages or missing items.
• Obtain the Customer signature on the job card.
• Coordinate with the Foreman to determine the amount of work needed on the vehicle and prepare job card.
• Keep the customer updated and make sure to provide regular follow up calls to the customer.
• Keep WIP report updated on regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as Service Advisor 
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in any relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices
