Description
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between various departments within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales-related tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.
Customer Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their Payment Collection.
Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality, Credit Control, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Monitor sales pipelines and assist in tracking sales metrics and performance indicators.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales proposals.
- Generate regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience
- With 1 to 3 years experience as Sales Support/Customer Service or related expertise preferably in Food & Beverages or related Industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
