Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales-related tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation. 
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. 
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.


Customer Interaction: 

  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and pricing. 
  • Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary. 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their Payment Collection.

Sales Coordination:  

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality, Credit Control, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales processes. 
  • Monitor sales pipelines and assist in tracking sales metrics and performance indicators.

Order Processing and Fulfillment: 

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. 
  • Resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment.

Documentation and Reporting: 

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales proposals. 
  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

  • With 1 to 3 years experience as Sales Support/Customer Service or related expertise preferably in Food & Beverages or related Industry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
