Responsibilities

• Remote Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and effective remote support to engineers and architects, addressing IT-related issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Software Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of engineering and design software tools. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance for all engineering applications.
• Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring that engineers and architects can access necessary resources efficiently. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance network security.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with engineering and design software (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote support.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
• Understanding of IT security best practices and data protection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Previous experience supporting engineering or architectural teams is advantageous.
