- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents. Prepare HSE reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety.
- Maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents.

Requirements
Education:
- Diploma in a related field and relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OHST, CSP or similar)
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience as an HSE Officer on building and/or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and training skills.
