Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents. 
• Assisting in the submission of documents required by client. 
• Draft correspondence and other formal documents. 
• Maintaining Department stationery. 
• Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence. 
• Maintain confidential department files/records. 
• Assist with presentations and reports. 
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field. 
• Fluent in English/ and any other language is preferable. 
• Time management. 
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Managing and organizing office documents.
