 Looking for IT Recruitment and Business Development Associate-Ajman/Dubai

• Business Development Associate

This is a hybrid role for an IT Recruitment and Business Development Associate located in Ajman/Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for IT positions, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong candidate pool. You will also foster relationships with both existing and new clients, generate business leads and manage existing accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and/or business development
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems
