As the Secondary Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible and accountable to reach the team target. 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets. 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 
• Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets. 
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. 
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. 
• Sales review with each Key Accounts in a span of 3 months and suggest /receive& evaluate suggestions on ways of improvement outlet/sku wise. 
• Build, established & maintained business relationships with afore-mentioned high profile corporate clients.

Requirements

•  8-10 years' experience in sales. 
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets 
• Hands on experience in handling a big team with proven sales management and coaching for success skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills 
• Self-Motivated and Confident Individual 
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, proven knowledge in excel and Analytics 
• Strong leadership skills to motivate the team.
