vperfumes is seeking experienced Leasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

V Group is looking for a (Leasing Assistant), to support the Leasing Department in getting new premises in new areas, also renewing existing tenancy with the power of skills in negotiation, language & pleasing personality.

His main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in landlord/mall management meetings and ensuring all deadlines & payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the leasing department in the acquiring of new premises & maintaining the existing ones.
• Bring perfect advertisement tools to be used in the job profile.
• Negotiation with the malls/landlords with regard to our demands & needs.
• Coordinate & follow-up of this project leasing process
• Reach out the mall management for any new or innovative way to get implemented.
• Bring opportunities & space for the tenants.

Requirements

• Experience in retail expansion
• Proficient in Mall leasing procedures
• Lease Documentation, Leases, and Lease Administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements
• Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• UAE Light Motor Vehicle License
• Arabic (added value)
• English proficiency
