Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of the project, including AICCTV installations in the public area.
• Should have experience on the mega project or safe city/ smart city project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within defined parameters.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication among project team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement riskmitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and external partners.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project review sessions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide project team members, providing support and fostering their professional growth.
• Represent the organization and the project at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• UAE Driving License is Mandatory 
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
• Minimum experience: 5 years of project management experience, including managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
