Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facade Estimator, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
