Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive from the events industry to join us here in Dubai. The primary responsibility of the role is to deliver event sales with business clients. The Events Sales Executive will also be responsible for organic growth across existing accounts, and creating profitable partnerships with channel partners to aid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop new business leads.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities across the events value chain.
  • Own the B2B revenue stream and monthly/quarterly sales targets across B2B customer segment.
  • Formulate sales strategy with key value proposition across different industry segments such as Real estate, Retail, Education, public sector, SMEs and Corporates.
  • Accountable for B2B customer acquisition starting with scouting the relevant B2B clients for sales database, building pipelines to contract closure. 
  • Understand the key value proposition of Quiet loud and position it right to gain customers.
  • Monitor sales reports on a periodic basis and keep the senior management updated on the progress across customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Foster relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business opportunities and word of mouth referrals to new clients/customers
  • Build the sales channels through PR agencies, Travel and tourism agencies and hotels to pitch the two way partnership across various industry segments
  • Build partnerships with our channel partners and regularly engage with them to grow the business. 
  • Build the sales pipeline with existing customers for all potential upcoming events.
  • Identify key partners with existing B2B customers onboard and collaborate with them to leverage their customer network by complementing their product/service.
  • Provide market intel and customer feedback to the Product teams to build products that customers love.
  • Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure Quiet Loud stays ahead in the local market
  • Develop business development and client acquisition strategies and execute results driven roadmaps to achieve market share and revenue growth targets.
  • Own the Public sector sales cycle from lead generation, building pipeline, preparation and submission of RFP and proposals and pushing deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create brand awareness and opportunities to showcase the services through digital media, meetings and networking events.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of business development experience in B2B events.
  • Strong local network and relationship with key decision makers in government and semi-government entities, corporations, and SME organizations
  • Hands-on experience of using a CRM system such as Zoho for client prospecting, lead management and acquisition.
  • Work experience with any tech startups that have scaled well would be a huge plus 
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills are needed to foster and generate new leads and build on existing relationships
  • Effective Arabic and English communication skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen to ensure profitable revenue and market share growth.
  • Reporting and analysis on sales metrics to optimize sales opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to grasp technical knowledge on key products and solutions being built into event planning, design and visualization space and build a sales pitch for the same
  • Hustler mindset and approach; entrepreneurial outlook, customer centric empathetic approach to relate to customer pain points and draft a solution to address the same.
