CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (AFTER SALES)

As a Client Relations Manager (After Sales), you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our medical insurance clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. You will serve as the liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring they receive the highest service and value from our insurance products.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges clients may face with their medical insurance coverage, working closely with relevant departments to find solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about policy updates, benefits, and any changes in their insurance coverage.
- Coordinate the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition and discussing potential updates or adjustments to their policies.
- Gather client feedback regarding their experiences and satisfaction with our services and use it to improve our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to after-sales support.
- Educate clients on their insurance policy features, benefits, and usage, providing guidance and clarity as needed.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client relationship management or customer service role, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to empathize with clients and address their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance is a plus.
